I'm pretty much an open book and I understand you need to feel comfortable with me, in the knowledge that you can trust me to take responsibility of your trip.

This page should help with that but if there's anything you need to know, please feel to ask.

My mission is to provide 100% personal service. No more faceless online websites, no more soulless and frustrating website searches, no more timewasting scrolling through less than clear offers or trying to find a contact number when you want to ask a simple question.

I'm here for you every step of the way, making your experience as personal and accessible as you need.

What You Can Expect From Me...

I'm always going to do my very best to get you the outcomes you want - my main goal is for you to have an amazing, stress-free trip, from the search for the right option through to your return home.

As we progress our relationship, we will work together to decide how much you want to do for yourself and how much you want to pass to me.

I have a variety of communications methods at my fingertips and we'll agree which you prefer to use, as we move through your travel journey, so you feel comfortable and in control.

When Am I Here For You?

My working hours are flexible and I can often be travelling myself (one of the bonuses of being in the travel industry). I endeavour to be available whenever you need me, whether that's daytime or evening but I do have a personal life too and unless it's by prior arrangement or an emergency situation I generally sign off at 20:30 each evening with Sundays being my day of rest. I'll always acknowledge your enquiry as soon as possible and let you know when I'll respond in more detail and if you are looking to confirm a booking I will always flex, if I am able to.

If you are travelling or in-resort, I ensure you have my contact details and will monitor our agreed contact method 24/7 to respond in the unlikley event of any emergency issues you are unable to resolve.

Here are a few fun facts…

I’m originally from Gravesend in Kent (you can take the girl out of Gravo but you can't take Gravo out of the girl!) but now a Cantrebury local, having spent time living in Scotland too.

I'm a qualified chef and massive foodie and spent a fair few years working in the hospitality industry - customer service has always been in my bones and some say it's my super power!

I've been with my partner Mark for probably longer than he'd care to admit (coming up 30 years now!) and when I asked him to describe me he simply said 'a bit bonkers'.

I'm a bit of a geek, loving Sci Fi and that type of stuff and I love crewing at Comic Cons, where I've met some amazing people (with some fab photos as keepsakes which I can spend hours boring people with) and made a great group of friends.

Oh and of course, I LOVE to travel...but that goes without saying!

If You Prefer To Chat Face To Face - Let's Do It!

If you are local to me, I'd be more than happy to arrange to come and talk about your holiday requirements either at a local cafe or even at your home.

When I say local, that can be flexible but certainly if you are in Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable or thereabouts meeting up is more than possible. Further afield in Kent such as Gravesend, Dartford, or alternatively out towards the South East coast are do-able with notice. I love a good in person catch up, especially when accompanied by a cuppa and possibly cake.

And if in person isn't possible...there's always a video call.

Where does INSPIRE fit in to all this?

Inspire is an ABTA licensed travel agency and tour operator based in Bramhall, Cheshire. As an ABTA license holder, Inspire are able to offer both package holidays from the most well-known and trusted travel providers in the UK and Europe as well as dynamically packaging and tailor-making trips for customers.

As an Independent Travel Associate contracted under the Inspire banner, I am free to run my own business as I see fit, whilst benefitting from access to travel booking software, training and most important of all the supplier contracts negotiated by Inspire.

More than that though! Inspire are my travel family - their values and ethos match my own and focus on integrity, passion, support, innovation and expertise.

In partnership with over 250 travel providers including; TUI, Jet2Holidays, EasyJet Holidays, Hoseasons, Kuoni, Crystal Ski, Sandals, Butlins, Newmarket, Wendy Wu and many more, including trade only companies, they provide me with what I need to provide you with what you need.
