How The Process Works
Getting To Know You
The better I get to know you, the better I can tailor your holiday to be just right. I prefer to chat with you in person or via video call, to really get a feel for you.
Finding The Perfect Choice
I'll present you with two or three options which meet your criteria best. Too many options leads to confusion and overwhelm - Trust me to do the searching for you!
Booking & Pre-Departure
Once we've found your perfect option. I'll book it for you and then from there I'll help you prepare for your trip, supporting you with pre - travel requirements.
In-Resort/ Trip Support
Whilst you are away, I will ensure you have relevant contact numbers of emergencies and I'll be available to support you if things don't quite go according to plan.
Yep, My Services Are Free To You! You Read That Right!
You don't pay me for my services - I receive commission paid directly from the suppliers from the profit margin that is 'baked-in' to every holiday price. So, yes, that means I only get paid if I find you the trip you really want and you decide to book with me.
What You Can Expect from Me
You'll get the very best of me, as I take you through your holiday journey. Whilst
I can't promise to be available 24/7, I will always respond to you promptly.
I'll do my upmost to understand what will make your trip the very best it can be, by asking the right questions, spending time getting to know what makes you tick, what you want to experience and what is important to you.
When providing you with options to review, I'll do my best to make the information provided clear and easy to understand, so you know exactly what you are booking.
I'll ensure you have the answers to any questions you might have in a timely manner and direct you to any information you might need. Where there are aspects I can't do for you (such as Visas) I'll try to ensure you have as much useful information to support you as possible.
What I Ask From You
Finding the perfect options for you can take lots of time researching, talking to suppliers and checking out different options. I will be putting my time and energy into finding the best options available for the criteria you set me.
I ask you to be as honest and clear about what you are looking for (and what you don't want) as possible and if you change your mind about any aspects, let me know as soon as possible.
I also ask that if you are also using another agent to search for you, you tell me and if you see an option you like elsewhere, you share the full details with me, so I can provide my quote and see if I can price match 'like for like' for you or offer a suitable alternative.
I'll need you to read through and check information sent to you and to ensure you complete all relevant applications for visas and checks to ensure your passport and insurance cover you for travel.
