We had the most amazing once in a lifetime holiday all with the help of Alison. A few months ago a friend and I started talking about making a trip of a lifetime to Western Canada. We had just four things on the wish list: time staying with friends in Vancouver at the start, and then finishing with a few days near another friend not far from Calgary, with a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, and a week or so's sightseeing in Jasper and Banff National Parks in the middle. I thought I could book it all independently myself - how hard could it be? Answer - impossible. I tied myself in knots before Ali stepped in. With a few sketchy details on the back on an envelope from me, within two days she'd produced a draft itinerary which included transfers, excursions, hotels and flights. Before we left I was nervous - there were lots of elements to our trip and the timings were crucial - but not one item proved a mis-step, From the moment we were picked up from home to the moment we got back every single detail was taken care of and worked like a dream. We have just returned from our dream Celebrity Alaskan cruise. It was a real lifetime experience and one we shall never forget. We saw all the animals we hoped to see when we planned the trip! Ali did an excellent job of organising our holiday, which involved a flight to Amsterdam, sourcing a family friendly hotel for a few days, then an onward flight to New York and a final direct flight back to the UK a week later. We had a Zoom call to discuss approximate dates and a wish list, then Ali came back to me with some suggestions and quotes. The whole process, including confirming the booking and making payments, was super easy. Ali did all of the form filling for us and even did our online check in for us while we were away.
