Ali provided a great personalised service and I had real confidence that she'd had listened to and taken note of our requirements. Booking was smooth and everything was taken care of. Of we went to Cyprus but when our luggage didn't make it onto the flight Ali went above and beyond by checking in with us, offering to contact the airline, and giving advice even though this was outside of her responsibilities. It was nice to know that there was a caring human willing to help out if we needed anything. We're now talking about the next trip!

Our first time booking with Ali and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From just a brief conversation she built a city break in Krakow that met all our requirements. But her support doesn’t just stop there as she handled our car parking, online check in, clear documentation) literally everything pre-departure). We were on a fairly tight budget but the hotel she found was amazing. A well presented establishment with beautiful rooms and great service. Just a stones throw away from the main square but in a location that was incredibly peaceful to escape the noise and crowds. A few months ago a friend and I started talking about making a trip of a lifetime to Western Canada. We had just four things on the wish list: time staying with friends in Vancouver at the start, and then finishing with a few days near another friend not far from Calgary, with a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, and a week or so's sightseeing in Jasper and Banff National Parks in the middle. Ali did an excellent job of organising our holiday, which involved a flight to Amsterdam, sourcing a family friendly hotel for a few days, then an onward flight to New York and a final direct flight back to the UK a week later.
